Tuition Fees

We are committed to making higher education accessible to all qualified prospective and continuing students supporting their educational journey by offering a variety of financial aid opportunities. Students are required to pay tuition fees to cover the cost of their teaching and learning experience.

Financial Aid Opportunities

In addition to the standard tuition fees, we offer a variety of financial aid schemes to support students in managing their educational expenses. The application process typically involves submitting financial information, academic records, and other relevant documents.

All these financial aid opportunities are specifically applied toward tuition fees and fall into the following categories:  

Merit-Based Scholarships

Awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional academic, athletic, or extracurricular achievements.

Need-Based Bursaries

Designed to assist students from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds or those who meet specific eligibility criteria, such as financial need or unique personal circumstances.

Policy Fee Reduction

Available for various reasons, including alumni, siblings, and early registration.

Automatically applied

On-Campus Work-Study Scholarships

Designed to offer new entry and continuing students the opportunity to work part-time on campus, with the equivalent value of their earnings applied directly toward their tuition fees.

Types of Scholarships

Merit-Based Scholarships

  • Description: Awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional academic, athletic, or extracurricular achievements.
  • Eligibility: Open to both new and continuing students who meet eligibility criteria.
  • Application: Applicants must fill in the scholarship application form, and submit supporting documentation according to the announced procedures. 
  • Duration: Awarded for one or more years, as specified in the scholarship announcement.

Need-Based Scholarships

  • Description: Designed to assist students from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds, those facing financial hardship and serious health problems. 
  • Eligibility: Open to both new and continuing students who meet eligibility criteria.  
  • Application: Applicants must fill in the scholarship application form, and submit supporting documentation according to the announced procedures.   
  • Duration: Awarded for one or more years, as specified in the scholarship announcement.

The Europe Campus reserves the right to amend scholarship policies and procedures as necessary.

Scholarship Application Process

Merit-Based and Need-Based Scholarships (New Entrant Students)

  • New entrant students must submit their scholarship application along with their application for admission to the academic programme.
  • Applications should be completed and submitted to CITY ULE within the designated application period.
  • Supporting documents, such as academic records (for merit-based scholarships) or socioeconomic/financial documentation (for need-based scholarships), must be submitted during the application process.

Merit-Based and Need-Based Scholarships (Continuing Students)

  • Continuing students must apply for scholarships annually after the results announcement of their final examinations (end of spring semester).
  • Applications should be submitted to the Academic Services Department within the specified timeframe.
  • Supporting documents, such as academic records (for merit-based scholarships) or socioeconomic/financial documentation (for need-based scholarships), must be submitted during the application process.

How to apply for a scholarship

Applicants for scholarships must a) apply for the academic programme of their choice and, b) submit their scholarship application in parallel. Both applications should be submitted within the specified timeframe, along with all required supporting documents. Required documents vary depending on the type of scholarship:

  • For Merit-Based Scholarships: academic transcripts, awards or certificates of achievement, letters of recommendation, or proof of extracurricular involvement.
  • For Need-Based Scholarships: income certificates, tax declarations, medical reports (if applicable), or any official documentation proving financial hardship.

Only complete applications submitted by the deadlines will be considered.

Note: The number and amount of scholarships awarded each year depend on available funding and the eligibility criteria set for each scholarship scheme.

Selection Criteria

  • Financial need and supporting documents (Need-Based)

Successful applicants will be notified by email and must accept their award by the deadline specified.
