Students participating in the Sunrise Movement Initiative of the University of York Europe Campus visited Animal Shelter Stray Planet, dedicating their time to support the shelter’s vital work and care for its dogs.
During their visit, students engaged with the animals, helping to improve their wellbeing while also gaining a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by local shelters. The initiative reflects the students’ commitment to community engagement and social responsibility.
In addition, dog food supplies were delivered to the shelter, ensuring continued care for the animals.
