Workshop Overview:
In an increasingly complex business environment, effective stakeholder and risk management are critical to sustained success. This two-day workshop provides a practical, structured approach to identifying, analysing, and engaging key stakeholders, while building a robust, organisation-specific risk management framework. Participants will gain hands-on insight into uncovering both threats and opportunities, applying structured risk analysis techniques, and prioritising actions based on strategic impact. By the end of the workshop, attendees will be equipped with the tools and frameworks to proactively manage risk and make more informed, strategic decisions.
Workshop Training Methodology:
By using Experiential Learning Techniques, each participant will apply all modules in practice in individual and group exercises and role play according to a scenario. Pre- and post-learning materials, real case studies and power point presentations are available to participants in order to supplement the in-class learning. Also, real life case studies will be presented, analyzed and discussed.
