Central point of contact between students, staff, other departments, and/or external constituencies on day-to-day programmatic and operational matters; assists with seminars, meetings, special projects, and/or general problem resolution. Coordination of support staff activities, consultants, faculty, and/or volunteers engaged in implementation of program objectives.
Coordination of the collaborative taught programme in Sofia, Bulgaria in cooperation with the Νew Bulgarian University.
Provision of advice/guidance to academic staff and students on registration, assessment and regulations for both Thessaloniki and Sofia programme. Liaison with central services’ departments in relation to marketing, student recruitment and admission issues. Working with the Academic Director in order to coordinate and supervise daily operations of the department in accordance to the Academic Calendar. Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. Coordination of Sit and Resit examination periods as well as monitoring of student assessment procedures.
