Maria-Araxi Sachpazian

Maria-Araxi Sachpazian holds a BA in Education from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the CEELT II, and the RSA Diploma for Overseas Teachers of English (with three distinctions) from the University of Cambridge. She has taught English since 1992 and has worked in various foreign language schools. In 2005, she began training teachers and later founded Input on Education (IoE), offering academic support and management services for language schools. In 2016, she launched Input for Teachers, focusing on teacher development and placement.

She has delivered seminars for TESOL Macedonia-Thrace, PALSO, EUROPALSO, IATEFL, IATEFL Poland, and IATEFL-BETA Bulgaria. In 2017, she received the IATEFL LAM SIG scholarship for her session in Glasgow. A long-time TESOL Macedonia-Thrace member, she currently serves as Chair, having previously served as Secretary General and Vice Chair. Maria has published with Macmillan, Burlington, and Pearson Longman, and is currently an external teacher trainer for Oxford University Press.
