Dr. Kalliopi Megari is Programme Lead and Lecturer at the University of York Europe Campus, and a Postdoctoral Researcher at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She holds undergraduate degrees in Nursing and Psychology, a Master’s, and a PhD in Neuropsychology. Her clinical and research work spans neuropsychological, psychiatric, and chronic disease populations, including work in hospitals, prisons, and disability services.

She has lectured at several Greek and European universities and serves in leadership roles within key professional bodies, including General Secretary and Ethics Committee Chair of the Hellenic Neuropsychological Society. She is also a Global Membership Committee member of the International Neuropsychological Society, Ambassador of the National Academy of Neuropsychology (USA), and has received multiple international awards. Dr. Megari is dedicated to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and leads the Rehabilitation of COVID-19 Patients group within the NeuroCOVID Taskforce.
