Dr. Mattheopoulou is an experienced academic and practitioner in Human Resource Management, Public Relations, and Project Management. She has taught at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in both public and private institutions in Greece and abroad, focusing on Organisational Behaviour, Communication, Social Responsibility, and Entrepreneurship.
Professionally, she served as Head of HR and PR at EUROCONSULTANTS S.A., where she also led several EU/ESF-funded projects and corporate initiatives, including the firm’s successful listing on the Athens Stock Exchange. Her contributions earned her multiple distinctions, including a Gold Award from the Hellenic Ministry of Health and a World Innovation Award in 2005.
She has also acted as an external expert on cross-border educational projects and holds certification as a Global Career Facilitator (CCE, USA). A dedicated volunteer, she has supported the Hellenic SOS Children’s Village since 2003. She is fluent in English and Greek, with working knowledge of French and German.
