Evangelos Sepetis is a Lecturer and Clinical Supervisor in the Department of Psychology at the University of York Europe Campus. He is a Psychologist–Psychoanalyst, a member of the Northern Hellenic Psychoanalytic Society, and an accredited member of the British Association of Psychotherapists. His primary focus is psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
He studied Psychology at the University of Central Lancashire and initially trained in Rogerian Therapy. He later completed training in Psychodynamic Therapy at the University of Cambridge, Systemic Therapy at Kensington Consultation Centre (KCC) in London, and postgraduate studies in Psychoanalysis at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, including intensive infant observation. He holds a PGC in Learning and Teaching from the University of Sheffield and is an Affiliate Member of the Higher Education Academy. He also trained as a Psychoanalyst with the Northern Hellenic Psychoanalytic Society and currently practices psychoanalysis in Thessaloniki and Chalkida, Evia.
