Dr. Antoniadou graduated with a grade of 9.10 from the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2015 and in 2018 she obtained her postgraduate diploma in Labour Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with distinction. In 2023, she completed with distinction her doctoral dissertation at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, focusing on the Protection against dismissal under national and european law, specifically the impact of Article 24 of the Revised European Social Charter on the formation of national dismissal protection law. She has received several distinctions, awards and commendations for excellence during her studies, as well as scholarships from the State Scholarship Foundation and the Onassis Foundation. She has published papers in various scientific journals and contributed to collective volumes, and recently she published her first monograph. She has participated as a speaker at conferences with a primary focus on European and International Law. Finally, she has taught as an adjunct lecturer three undergraduate modules in the field of Labour Law at the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

She has taught the undergraduate modules “Contemporary Issues of Labour Law – Precarious Labour Relations”, “Collective Labour Law” and “International and European Labour Law” at the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki during the spring semester of the academic year 2024/2025, within the framework of the implementation of the project “Acquisition of Academic Teaching Experience for Young Scientists Holding a Doctorate at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki”.

At the York Europe Campus Law School, she teaches the module “Labour Law (Individual – Collective)” as part of the undergraduate program titled “Greek Law with Common Law”, the modules “Special Issues of Employment and Social Securities Law” and “ESG and Modern Entrepreneurship” as part of the postgraduate programme titled “Business Law” and the module “Corporate Governance and ESG Compliance” as part of the postgraduate program titled “LLM in European and International Business Law.”

Her research interests mainly focus on the fields of Individual and European and International Labour Law, as well as International Human Rights Law. She has delved deeply into the Law of Termination of the Employment Contract, in the context of which she has extensively addressed the issue of protection against dismissal as mandated by international and supranational sources of Labour Law.
