Textbooks and Module Reserves
Textbooks and Module Reserves comprise high-demand academic materials, including books, journal articles, book chapters, lecture notes, and other essential resources listed in module syllabi. These materials are made available by academic staff to support students in their studies, coursework, and assignments. Resources may be available in either print format (physical copies in the library) or digital format (accessible online via a learning platform or library system).
Print Module Reserves
The majority of materials in Module Reserves are books, typically available in multiple copies within the library collections. To ensure equitable access for all students enrolled in a given module, borrowing periods for these materials may be restricted to shorter loan durations or in-library use only.
Access to Module Reserves is available exclusively to current CITY ULE students, staff, and faculty with active library privileges.
Online Module Reserves
Materials on Google Drive
Instructors may also provide certain module-related materials, such as articles, quizzes, homework solutions, and assignments, via Google Drive. These materials are accessible only to students enrolled in the module, as well as to teaching assistants and instructors associated with the module.
How to Locate Textbooks & Module Reserves
ONLINE RESOURCES
In cases where electronic resources do not provide full-text access, enrolled users may use the Interlibrary Request Service to obtain the required material. To ensure the efficient identification and retrieval of the requested resources, it is essential that users include comprehensive bibliographic details in their request to the Library.
