Overview:
Today’s business environment is truly global. In order to not merely survive, but thrive, companies must look beyond their own borders. As Armenia continues to be welcomed into this environment, its businesses must move quickly to proactively create external opportunities. The country has established itself as a place to outsource work to but now is the time to refocus into creating higher-value innovation and entrepreneurial activities appealing to global markets, and more directly the European Union and United States. This workshop will seek to discuss and evaluate how Armenian companies can achieve this and more specifically learn from the mistakes of the past.
