The Executive Development Institute delivered a specialised training seminar for the Association of Microfinance Institutions of Kosovo (AMIK), focused on Marketing Strategy and Marketing Planning.
The seminar took place on 19–21 June 2024 at Hotel Prishtina, Kosovo, and was designed for a group of 11 participants. The training addressed the need for structured, market-oriented thinking within the microfinance sector and supported participants in strengthening their ability to design, evaluate, and implement effective marketing plans.
The seminar focused on the principles and practical application of strategic marketing, including how organisations can analyse their market environment, define marketing priorities, understand customer needs, and translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans.
Participants were encouraged to connect marketing concepts with the specific realities of microfinance institutions, ensuring that the learning was both practical and sector-relevant. The programme helped participants enhance their strategic thinking, planning capacity, and ability to make informed marketing decisions in a competitive and evolving financial services environment.
