The Executive Development Institute designed an academic executive training programme for Hemofarm Serbia, addressed to middle and senior management.
The programme was structured as a multi-module management development pathway, delivered online over the period September 2020 to April 2021 and then from September 2022 to April 2023. It aimed to support managers in strengthening their knowledge and practical capabilities across key areas of organisational change, strategic management, finance, digital transformation, marketing, innovation, and sales management within the pharmaceutical industry.
Each seminar was designed to be highly interactive, combining academic insight with practical application. Delivery included case studies, video case studies, team-based work, and real-life business scenarios, allowing participants to apply theoretical frameworks to relevant managerial challenges.
The programme supported Hemofarm managers in developing a stronger understanding of how organisations respond to change, manage commercial performance, interpret financial information, adopt digital tools, design marketing strategies, foster innovation, and build competitive advantage in uncertain market conditions.
Participants who successfully completed the programme received a certificate, recognising their participation in a comprehensive executive development programme tailored to the needs of middle and senior management.
