The Executive Development Institute designed and delivered a customised Management Development Programme for A1 Bulgaria, addressed to young experts from the company’s IT division and related business areas.
The programme was structured as a comprehensive executive education pathway, combining management knowledge, leadership development, soft skills, digital transformation, project management, agile thinking, business analytics, and strategic decision-making. It was designed to support high-potential professionals in strengthening their ability to operate effectively in a digitally driven organisational environment.
The training included nine intensive modules, delivered face-to-face in Sofia, Bulgaria, with additional follow-up online sessions after each seminar. Participants were also required to complete applied assignments, encouraging them to connect the learning experience directly with their professional roles and organisational context.
Through this programme, participants developed a broader understanding of modern management practices, organisational behaviour, innovation-driven change, leadership coaching, personal effectiveness, agile project management, data-informed decision-making, and strategic business development.
The programme supported A1 Bulgaria’s investment in the development of emerging talent, helping participants enhance both their managerial mindset and their capacity to contribute to organisational transformation.
