Ο Δρ. Πέτρος Γκολίτσης (1978) είναι Επίκουρος Καθηγητής (Assistant Professor) οικονομικών, στατιστικής και οικονομετρίας στη Σχολή Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων του University of York Europe Campus. Έχει διδάξει σε προπτυχιακό και μεταπτυχιακό επίπεδο Οικονομετρία, Στατιστική, Οικονομικά Μαθηματικά, Ερευνητικές μεθόδους για την Χρηματοοικονομία και Μακροοικονομία σε διάφορα προγράμματα και πανεπιστήμια στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των: VUZF της Σόφιας, NBU της Σόφιας, American University of Tirana, όπως και στα extrernal programs των London School of Economics, University of Central Lancashire και του University of Highlands and Islands. Επίσης σε επίπεδο MBA διδάσκει Business Economics και Αpplied Risk Management στις πόλεις Βελιγράδι, Βουκουρέστι, Ερεβάν, Θεσσαλονίκη, Κίεβο, Μπακού και Τιφλίδα. Έχει παρακολουθήσει σεμινάρια του Association of South Eastern Europe Economic Universities (ASECU) πάνω στο θέμα ‘Recent Economic Developments and Problems in the Transition Economies’, και έχει παρουσιάσει την επιστημονική του δουλειά σε συνέδρια. Είναι επίσης ερευνητικό μέλος του SEERC.
