Irene Kontra is a trained & accredited Business/Leadership/Career Coach & Mentor for Personal and Professional Development. She has studies in Marketing (International Hellenic University), an MBA from Kingston University of London, Diploma in “The Art of Well Being”, Yale University Advanced Diploma in Personal & Executive Coaching, Kingstown University, COACHING SKILLS & TOOLS PRACTICE DIPLOMA, HRE acredited by ICF and a Mentoring accreditation from Foundation Ergani. Throughout her professional career, she supports people, teams and businesses in soft skills development issues as well as in developing professionally with a clear vision, strategy and goals, achieving changes on a professional and personal level.
She believes that human well-being is rooted in Self-Awareness, Balance & Connection with groups and communities & that success comes from cultivating our talents and gifts & showcasing our authentic self. She promotes volunteerism, supporting youth, women, start-ups & nonprofit organizations for their sustainable development through the development of their People and a strategic plan. She is a Key Note Speaker on personal and professional development issues in businesses, professional bodies & associations & Project Manager in several national funding projects. She
is also a Strategic Development Consultant & Leadership/Executive Coach of “We Need Books”, the only multilingual library in Greece with international horizons and a collaborator at the “BODOSAKI FOUNDATION”. She is a Founding Member and served for many years as Vice President of the Board of Directors of Marketing Club Greece, the largest Marketing community in Greece with the aim of empowering, educating, networking and developing synergies among its members.
She collaborates with SEERC as PR Liaison of the European Mental Health Program MENTBEST implemented in the Municipality of Thessaloniki.
